PERSONALITY THROUGH BLOODTYPE

Even though it may not seem important to know one's blood type, especially that of a character in an anime or manga, it is an important factor to the Japanese in regard to one's personality. This belief came out of the early 1980's. Many manga artists include blood type as well as the other normal stats for a character, such as age and hair color. It is said that those with a B blood type (Utena's type) are outgoing, optimistic, adventurous. I guess we can't argue that factor!
